Describe the Indescribable

Human fathers are imperfect but our heavenly Father is perfect.

Readings

Luke 11 11 “Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead? 12 Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? 13 If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”

John 3 16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

1 John 4 10 This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.
