Online Service – Sunday 29th March

Online Service – Sunday 29th March

Welcome to this week’s Sunday online service. This will be the second online service since our country was put in lockdown due to the Corona Virus.

We trust you will be blessed by the worship, communion and the message by Val Fraser. In the current situation it is more important than ever to have our true identity based in what God says about us.

Please do share this page with your friends.

Order of service

Glorify the Lord with me; let us exalt his name together. I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame. This poor man called, and the Lord heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them. PSALM 34
Here’s a word of encouragement from Kay Walker who introduces the next song – Here Be Lions & Darlene Zschech sing “I Speak Jesus”.

Take a few moments to pray.

Pray for all those who have been affected in any way, especially for those who have no knowledge of Jesus. Pray God will be glorified in this situation.

Pray particularly for those who have to work in vital services putting their selves and their families at risk.

Pray for the fulfilment of 2 Chronicle 7:14. repentance & healing in our nation.

Pray for each other, although we can not meet physically we can still care for one another. Pray especially for those in solitary isolation, please also keep in touch with those you know. Faith and works go together. James 2:20.

Pray for the finances of all those who at the moment are not able to work. Praying also for the finances of Gatehouse to be able to meet all obligations.

Even though church meetings are not taking place for the moment, there are still the normal outgoings, so as you are able, we ask that you continue to bless God with your giving in tithes and offerings. You can do this remotely either by text/smartphone, mobile app, bank transfer or cheques.

*We have made it even easier to give by including a smartphone app called Givt. Download Givt from App Store or Google Play, then click on or scan the QR code below. You will need to register once.
