We continue to run our online services on Sunday mornings, have an Alpha Online and our pastoral support team are in contact with all partners. We have taken our first steps to having people in the building by opening two small Connect groups on a Wednesday evening and Thursday morning (no more than 15 people in each group). Read more about the Gatehouse’s latest COVID update.
Sunday afternoons at 2.00pm will be an opportunity for a small group of people (up to 15) to watch the online service together at church. Those people that have difficulty in accessing the online service or who feel particularly isolated will be given priority in attending this group.
We will be making it a Covid-safe environment as much as we can make it.
We have prepared a short (2 minutes), anonymous survey which we would like everyone to fill in (either online or with pen and paper). This will help us to gauge how people are doing spiritually and how they want to engage with our plans as we move forward. Your pastoral support contact will be getting in touch with you to see if you have any problems accessing it or if you need a paper version. The survey will show us how much demand there is for this group – so please make sure you fill it in and say if you would like to attend this group.
We usually celebrate communion together at the church most weeks when lockdown is not relevant. (Gluten-free communion bread available in the small container). Please watch for notices about this.
Please pray about joining us and volunteering your gifts and talents to help serve at the Gatehouse.
